Wire structures that are applicable to different dynamic user scenarios
Depending on what you plan to use it for, wires and cables can have different structures. These structures are;
Single-layered wire structure
Single tinsel wire
Wrap a single tinsel around the central fiber.
Single-round-copper wire
Wrap a single round copper around the central fiber.
Multi-tinsel wire
Wrap multiple tinsel around the central fiber simultaneously.
Multi-round-copper wire
Wrap multiple round copper around the central fiber simultaneously.
Composite wire structure
Composite stranded wire
Using single-layer or multi-layer tinsel wire conductors as single strands and twisting them together with multiple single strands.
Composite double stranded wire
Take the above-mentioned multi-strand twisted wire as a single strand, then twist that single strand again.
Composite braid wire
Use single-layer or multi-layer or twisted tinselwires as single strands for braiding.
Composite multi strands braid
Use single-layer or multi-layer or twisted tinsel wires as single strands, perform the merging process first, and then use it as a single strand to perform the braiding.
Composite flat braid
Use single-layer or multi-layer or twisted tinsel wires as single strands for weaving in a flat wire structure.
